This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

Open blank White 600x250 canvas

C/P tube

Duplicate

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_268_100

Repeat 3 or 4 times until image just touches left side of canvas

Original tube_Adjust Blur_Motion blur_90_100

Repeat 3 or 4 times until image just touches right side of canvas

Merge tube layers together

Effects_Edge Effects_Enhance

Duplicate twice

Close bottom layer for now

Add word art

Change color to #c0c0c0

Add Noise_Gaussian_48
